Cakes may have been just a source of food few decades ago, but today it has become a form of art. With the rapid development of technology and globalization, people have been more and more interested in making art pieces out of a cake and show it to the world, than just to consume it on various occasions. In this video below, we see a student from Quenary Academy, an institute of baking and culinary art, decorating a cream cake in most amazing way possible. He is using the clay art technique to decorate his cake and it is just awesome. I have never seen anything like this before. You won’t be able to believe yourself when you see the end result.
