Paul Harvey, an American radio broadcaster for the ABC radio networks, is regarded as an iconic figure in his field. From the 1950s through the 1990s, his programs reached an unbelievable 24 million people per week. He managed to influence a lot of people during his time as a broadcaster, and this particular speech titled “If I were the Devil” has gone viral recently.
It was in 1965 that Harvey gave his speech. It outlined the warning signs and moral decline in America. Though he gave this speech more than 50 years ago, you can’t help but wonder how he managed to make such accurate predictions. As the video shows, every single one of his guesses has come to pass and to be frank it is quite scary.
