A Poor Puppy was Found Shivering in Freezing Waters. Heartbreaking!

My heart broke when I saw this video of a poor puppy that was found in Florida.

He was found shivering in freezing waters in Daytona Beach. Thanks to the officers who rescued this little guy and warmed him in their arms! One officer adopted this puppy.
