Dogs, as far as we know are known to be frightened of. They usually bark to those unfamiliar people or when they smell something different or strange.
Kanye though acts differently on the video, instead of barking towards the person, he cries out loud and seems to hate and hard to trust people. With warmth touches of the lady on the video, magic happens. Eventually he stops crying and feels that there still someone who cares for him. Finally, he’s already free and the dog felt the happiness and care he deserves to have.
